Sophia Guerrero

Sophia Guerrero is an example of how hard work and commitment pays off.  She started with Panera just over a year ago as an associate, and within just 6 months was promoted to General Manager of our Downtown Columbia, SC bakery-café.  Sophia runs her café’s financials very well, has hired many valuable team members for the South Carolina market, and continues to grow and train with integrity.  District Manager for the Columbia area, Heidi Gore, says that Sophia always goes above and beyond when it comes to café cleanliness, speed of service, and customer service. She also says that Sophia’s staff has the utmost respect for her. “You can feel the Panera warmth when you walk into Sophia’s bakery-café, she truly puts her all into her work and it shows, “ said Heidi.  Sophia is always ready to greet customers with a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
