Gioia, Ellie and Emily

Gioia, Ellie, and EmilyLori, the General Manager from our Canfield, OH Panera Bread is so proud of her team members for exceling at work and outside of work! Three of her all-star associates, Gioia, Ellie, and Emily were all inducted into their high school’s National Honor Society together this past week. In celebration of this achievement, Lori is excited to bring attention to these amazing young women and their hard work!

Gioia Mavar has worked at the Canfield bakery-café for almost a year. She has quickly caught on to several positions, is eager to help anyone, and loves to learn whatever she can. Her personality is wonderful and her customer service both in-store and in the drive thru make it pleasant for others around her. She is a cheerleader at Canfield High School and excels in school. I am very proud to have her as part of our team!

Ellie Pacella has worked at the Canfield bakery-café for almost two years. She is a member of Canfield Band and also does very well in high school. She helps to train new employees and does very well with time management and customer service. She is always willing to pick up extra shifts and is one of our quickest line associates we have (we pride ourselves on great speed of service)! Ellie holds herself to high standards and always follows proper procedures.

Emily Pondillo is the sweetest, most considerate person! She has amazing customer service skills, does great with training new associates, opens the bakery for us on the weekends, and has even started to learn drive thru and line positions. She has been an employee at the Canfield bakery-café for just over a year, and has done wonderful in learning and teaching bakery and barista procedures to others. Emily enjoys playing the clarinet and piano and does excellent in school.

“I am very proud to say these young ladies work for our café! They are perfect examples of what Covelli Enterprises expects of an employee. Their families should be very proud of the hard work and dedication they give both at school and at work. Congratulations on a job well done,” says Lori.
