Richard “Richie” Mwanthi

Richie from our Beavercreek cafe in Dayton consistently gives great customer service and enjoys going above and beyond to make someone’s day. He works so hard, running all over the place especially during special cafe promotions like Veterans Day! He received the following customer compliment: “November 13th is National Kindness Day. I came to Panera with one of my friends from school and we came in stressed. When I went up to the register to order my soup, I was greeted with a smile from Richard. I told him Happy National Kindness Day, and he said it back. He saw we were stressed and gave each of us a cookie on him. Richard showed kindness not only to us but he helped every other person with a smile.” Keep up the great work, Richie!
