Haley McCurry

Haley McCurry is a Panera rockstar through and through. She started in 2012 as an associate at the Centerpoint location in North Charlton, SC, then transitioned to a Catering Coordinator role at the West Ashley location in Charleston. In 2017 Haley was promoted to Delivery Operations Manager for the South Carolina/Georgia market, and shortly after transitioned to her current role, Regional Catering Sales Manager. If you ask the SC/GA leadership team, they will say that Haley is much more than just an RCSM. She is a coach and mentor to every Catering Coordinator at the 26 cafes she covers, a strong pillar of support for Managers and Directors, and an all-around team player.

“We’ve all faced a lot of challenges this past year and catering has been one of them since people stopped having meetings and events,” said Ashli Miles, Director of Operations in SC/GA. “Haley never lost excitement or let this get her down. Instead, she rallied her entire team to think outside the box, come together, and never give up.” Haley has a personal touch when it comes to her clients and catering coordinators that is unmatched. She trains each of the coordinators hip to hip making them feel confident and comfortable in their roles. She also never fails to go above and beyond when it comes to providing clients with exceptional service, even if that means going into a café at 4am to make or deliver an order. Haley handles all her challenges with class, professionalism, and a “never going to fail” attitude. She is not afraid to drop anything she is doing to help where it is needed, even if the task is outside the realm of catering. She maintains relationships with our community partners and has a great reputation in the areas she serves. The District Managers in her market describe her as a rare individual that will always find a way to exceed your expectations.
